In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we wish to inform our customers about the personal data we store and how it is used.

We process personal data for the purpose of conducting our business and fulfilling our legal and contractual obligations toward customers, suppliers, and other partners. Furthermore, data is processed to maintain business relationships, ensure warranties, provide high-quality service, follow-up, and information, as well as for marketing and customer analysis.

The personal data we normally handle includes name, email address, telephone number, company affiliation, and, where applicable, job role. Our general rule is not to disclose personal data to third parties unless consent has been given or if it is necessary to fulfill our obligations under contract or law. Personal data is stored in a controlled manner within our business and CRM systems on secure, protected computers.

If your personal data is processed in violation of the Data Protection Act, you have the right to request that the data be corrected, blocked, or deleted.
