Neither computer systems nor hospital and laboratory environments function properly without adequate cooling. Therefore, we deliver solutions that enable the repair and installation of new chillers during operation.

With our technology for hot tapping and blocking pressurized pipe systems, maintenance work on cooling systems can be performed without interruptions or disruptive disturbances. Through built-in valves in our blocking tools, the flow can easily be diverted past the maintenance area. This way, maintenance can be carried out completely without interruption and without negative environmental impact.

With the help of our technology, operations can be maintained even during maintenance of the cooling system itself.

Expansion of the cooling system at Varberg Hospital
Varberg Hospital needed to connect a new cooling unit without interrupting hospital operations. With the help of our blocking service with bypass technology, the necessary valves could be installed during operation and without disruptions.

Hallands Hospital Varberg is an emergency hospital, including psychiatry and maternity care, open around the clock. An interruption in heating, ventilation, or cooling systems can have devastating consequences.

When the cooling system was to be expanded, a new cooling unit needed to be connected, but there were no valves for an uninterrupted installation. Since the system supplies cooling to both MRI scanners and server rooms, a shutdown was not an option.

Thanks to our experience in stopping flows with bypass connections for uninterrupted maintenance, we were chosen. Our technicians established four blockages with direct diversion of cooling to critical operations, allowing new valves to be installed without disrupting hospital activities.
