Hot Tapping

Each year, we perform over a thousand hot taps on pressurized pipelines in several areas – water and sewage, district heating, district cooling, HVAC, cooling, and gas. We drill both large and small, delivering branch connections in dimensions up to DN1000. The equipment we use is designed for pressures up to 40 bar and temperatures up to 200 °C.

We have extensive experience in hot tapping various materials in different environments and have well-established routines. We always pressure test all connections and tools and are happy to assist with strength calculations to meet applicable requirements.
